WHAT TO EXPECT:

We pride ourselves in customer service. You can expect a quote in 1 business day from time of submission. Once we respond you will get an approximate price based off the information you have given us. We may request more information to clarify details.

WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION PROCESS:

Once all details for your custom project have been detailed out, we will send you an invoice in which 50% deposit is required before we being production on your piece.
If your project includes a live edge table slab we will send photos of various slab layouts for approval before we being building your custom designed project.
Halfway through the production we will provide you with a Project Update.
Once the piece has been finished we will contact you for final payment.
If the item is being shipped to your location we will require various information to move forward before we book delivery and build the custom crate so the project can safely arrive at its destination.
Once the product has been picked up from our shop we will provide you with a document on 'What to Expect' on delivery day as well as 'Care and Maintenance' information.
