Our average lead time is 4-6 weeks from time of deposit but that will vary depending on the size of the job and our current work flow.
The pricing of our custom built pieces range quite a bit depending on the materials, size and complexity of the project. Most of our dining tables are between $4000-$10,000 CAD (approximately $2900-$7100 USD).
We respond to all quote forms within 1-2 business days. Sometimes our response will end up in your junk or spam folder so please check there as well if you haven't received a quote yet.
We do not recommend any heavy cleaners or oil cleaners for our tables. We suggest simply using warm water and a light dish soap to clean our tables.
We recommend using Rubio Monocoat Universal Maintenance Oil to keep your table protected and looking new. This step is not necessary but if your table gets a lot of wear and tear over the years, this is a great way to get your table looking like new. You can purchase Rubio Monocoat Universal Maintenance Oil HERE.
Yes! We encourage customers to come by the shop to pick out finishes and woods for their custom built piece. We also have a retail space for people to purchase materials to build their own pieces. We have wood, epoxy, wood finish and more.
